A study was conducted to evaluate the effect of spacing and nitrogen on vegetative growth and flower yield of Asiatic lily cv. Tressor at College of Horticulture, Dr. Y.S.R. Horticultural University, Venkataramannagudem, West Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh during the rabi season of 2016-17. Results showed that minimum number of days to bulb sprouting was observed with 30 cm x 15 cm and nitrogen at 200 kg ha-1. The vegetative parameters like plant height, number of leaves, leaf area per plant and total chlorophyll content was recorded highest with a spacing of 30 cm x 15 cm and nitrogen at 200 kg ha-1 both individually and in combination except to leaf area index. The spike yield per plot and spike yield per 1000 m2 was maximum with spacing of 30 cm x 15 cm, nitrogen dose of 200 kg ha-1 both individually and in combination.
