Knowledge is a crucial intellectual product that shapes our understanding of the world and empowers individuals to make informed decisions. Household nutrition knowledge is about understanding how to provide a balanced diet with essential nutrients for all family members, selecting and preparing food wisely, and maintaining good hygiene to prevent illness. Knowledge about nutrition of a respondent was measured by some selected questions regarding different aspects of nutritional value of farm products. Selected rural women were middle age group (57.50%), all were married, and living in joint family (67.50%). Anganvadi (57%), Mobile (53.33%) and Village level programme (51.33%) were the most favorite source information among the nutritional requirement and supplementary food. Among the knowledge, Age, education and use of mass media positively correlated with knowledge, however, family income and animal keeping negatively correlated with knowledge. Same trends were also found with age of mass media.
