Effect of Tissue Culture in Vegetable Improvement

Abstract:

PAU model farm solar dryer was built and tested for spinach drying at college of technology and engineering, Udaipur. It is discovered that the temperature in the farm solar drier was 41.5 percent higher than the ambient temperature. The farm solar drier needs a total drying duration of 8hours for drying to lower the moisture content.
