A natural convection solar tunnel dryer with reflector was designed and developed at Department of Renewable Energy Engineering, CTAE, MPUAT, Udaipur for drying of mint leaves. This article deals with basic design criteria used for the development of solar tunnel dryer with reflector and results obtained for drying of fresh mint leaves. In a batch 3 kg of mint leaves by mass was dried having an initial moisture content of 83.33% wet basis from which 2.5 kg of water is required to be removed to get final moisture content of 6.25 % wet basis. A drying time of 13-14 h is achieved in drying with an average solar radiation of 7.37 kWm-2
