The experiment was conducted at the Crop Research Farm, Department of Agronomy, Naini Agricultural Institute, Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences (SHUATS) Prayagraj (U.P.) located at 25Ëš 24' 42" N latitude, 81Ëš 50' 56" E longitude and at an altitude of 98 m above mean sea level during the rabi season 2019-2020 to evaluate the performance of various seed hardening chemicals viz.
