Abstract:

By nebulizing system are experimented green cuttings of seven olive native varieties (H.Himara, K.Berati, Nisjot, Perper, Karen, Bllanic and Mick),  in correlation with three forms of indole-3 acid butyric: (i) IBA Clonex-gel without alcohol,  (ii) IBA hydro alcoholic, (iii) IBA+ANA, hydro alcoholic. IBA is 3000ppm in each treatment. This research was aimed to study their effect on the rooting and call genesis process. The method is based on cuttings prepared from the apical of sprig. The data were analyzed for the percentage of rooting, call genesis and test for variances and correlations between treatments/varieties. The results have proved better rooting to any variety that was treated with gel IBA. The average rooting for all varieties was between 10.5 – 56.1 %.  IBA gel was favorable for rooting, the number and dimension of roots. Varieties have been significant changes between each other CV= 20.7 – 56.1%. The results exposed the genetic origin and endogenous predisposition as the beginner of rhizogenesis which fluctuated from 2% to 18%.  Karen had the highest rooting ability (80.7%) and the lower Bllanic (12.6%).  Gel IBA has been favorable for rooting because in his solution is not alcohol. The leaf is very important for the performance of the process of the rooting.
