Therapeutic Management of Theileriosis in Gir Calves: Study of Two Cases

Abstract:

A one year old Gir calves suffering from cerebral theileriosis were diagnosed on the basis of clinical signs and presence of schizonts on blood smear examination. Both cases were successfully treated with buparvaquone and oxytetracycline along with supportive therapy.
