Abstract:

The present study was carried out in Randomized Block Design with three replications and seven treatments with a variety of wheat HD2967 to identify the effect of organic and inorganic fertilizers under wheat cultivation. The result was recorded with the intervals of observation at 30, 60 and 90 DAS. Application of Neem coated urea can increase the nitrogen content in wheat and availability of nitrogen was there, for a long period of time. The maximum significant effect was found in T3 with 443.76 kg ha-1 and 440.51 kg ha-1 at 60 and 90 DAS. The percentage increase in T3 was 82 and 81 at 60 and 90 DAS as compare to the other treatments.
