Synthesis of Zinc Oxide (ZnO), Silver (Ag), Copper Oxide (CuO) and Titanium Oxide (TiO2) Nanoparticles

Abstract:

Zinc oxide (ZnO), Silver (Ag), Copper oxide (CuO) and Titanium oxide (TiO2) nanoparticles were synthesised using simple chemical route which were characterised using Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM), Particle Size Analyzer and Raman Spectroscopy. Size of Zinc oxide (ZnO), Silver (Ag) Copper oxide (CuO) and Titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanoparticles measured 16-50 nm, 50-100 nm, 60-150 nm and 100-120, respectively to con¬form the nano-size.
